The Lyceum in Galveston is a hidden gem for your wedding. So classic and beautiful! It is so different than many Houston-area wedding venues. Sam and Kristine chose the Lyceum Galveston for their wedding because Sam’s parents were married in a church in Galveston.
Kristine said that planning her wedding was difficult because she is not the type of girl that has been planning her wedding since she was 3. Honestly, you could have fooled me! It was so well planned out! Everything there had a purpose and it was so beautiful! Since the Lyceum is in Galveston, near the beach, she wanted tropical florals to go with her neutral color palette. Her color palette was perfectly beautiful and neutral, but then the stained glass in the Lyceum gave her wedding a gorgeous pop of color.
One of my favorite parts of the night was during the reception. Kristine was a cheerleader at Texas State. She had a change of clothes into a completely fun white jumpsuit, all of the former Texas State cheerleaders got together and did the cheer for their fight song. It was so much fun! By the way, can I go back to my wedding and have a second outfit for my reception? I am LOVING this trend!
Sam and Kristine’s wedding at the Lyceum Galveston was perfect! I can’t wait for you to see it! Some of my favorite images are below:
We also did their engagement session on the beach in Galveston. It is, probably, one of my favorite engagement sessions ever! Click HERE to go see it.
