Did you know there is a color for the year? There is! This year it is Ultimate Gray and Illuminating (bright yellow). These colors are supposed to represent warmth and dependability after a pretty rough 2020. The Pantone news release this last December said of it’s choice, “The selection of two independent colors highlight how different elements come together to express a message of strength and hopefulness that is both enduring and uplifting, conveying the idea that it’s not about one color or one person, it’s about more than one…Practical and rock solid but at the same time warming and optimistic, this is a color combination that gives us resilience and hope. We need to feel encouraged and uplifted, this is essential to the human spirit”
I love this! I have SO much hope that this year will be the best yet and set us on a course of making our dreams come true. Have you noticed at all that the trials of 2020 have led to blessings that could have come no other way than through the tribulation of this pandemic? I definitely have!
So here is to a bright and hope-filled 2021! That is what this shoot represented to me! I love it and all the vedors that were a part of it!
