Amanda and Jacob had their wedding at The Luminaire in Montgomery, Texas. It is, truly, one of the most beautiful venues in the Houston area! Definitely one of my favorites! It is completely surrounded by trees and it is such a peaceful area! I love it!
The Luminaire Wedding
Amanda chose a retro theme for her wedding! It was so fun!! She told me that she was going to have a ton of retro details for me to photograph, almost warning me. Ummm…that is my dream come true! Bring me ALL the details! Seriously, it’s my favorite!
When I got there to begin the day, I always start with the details. She handed them to me and I nearly skipped because I was so excited. I found her florist that was still setting up (I love when that happens) and she handed me bundles of extra flowers. My photographer heart nearly skipped a beat! So amazing. Needless to say, I am in love with the detail pictures that we got that day!
Really, I’m in love with everything about this day! It was so good! If you are ever wondering if you should do a first look with your future in-laws, after this wedding, it is always a YES! It was just about the sweetest moment that I have ever seen! Amanda opted to do first looks with her bridesmaids, in-laws, brothers, and her dad. These were the best!
The whole day, there was so much love surrounding this sweet couple. This wedding was definitely one of the highlights of my summer! Such a perfect day!
