Amanda and Jacob wanted an engagement session to match the retro theme of their wedding We decided on Old Town Spring. It was perfect!!! We found old colorful houses. And the cutest downtown! There was even a beautiful field for us to finish up, for a neutral background!
Retro Engagement Session in Old Town Spring
Amanda and Jacob are getting married at the Luminaire in July! And I am so excited! They have a retro theme for their wedding planned and it is going to be so cool! I would definitely come back to the blog to check it out about mid-July. The Luminaire has become one of my favorite wedding venues and these two are the most fun couple, it is going to be a good day!
This engagement session at the adorable Old Town Spring was such a good day too! My excited photographer voice was going strong. I was just so happy with what we were getting and how perfectly it was going with her specific theme. A lot of my couples don’t have a really specific theme. But, when they do, I feel really responsible to make it happen. When Amanda mentioned Old Town Spring, I was concerned, so I got there really early to check it out.
I first came upon these cute and colorful houses and I got so happy and then I saw the rest of the downtown with the pastel murals and light-colored shops. Oh man! Your Houston light and airy wedding photographer, meaning me, was ecstatic!
I’m so excited to see how the adorable Amanda incorporates her retro theme into her wedding. She said there are going to be lots of details. We all know how much I love details, with all my heart!
