Hermann Park in downtown Houston is sure to become one of my very favorites! There are so many options, it makes my photographer brain go into overdrive, trees, lakes, reflection pools, flowers, colonnades, bridges, statues, oh my! So much!

Not going to lie, when I got to Aaron and Amanda’s engagement session, I was a little worried. It was literally raining. But the forecast promised clearing skies and I could see them off in the distance. So we went for it! And I’m so glad we did! Towards the end of the session, we even got some sun. That makes my light and airy photographer heart so very happy!

I just adore Aaron and Amanda! They came ready to explore! Amanda wanted flowers, after the freeze we had in January, flowers have been a little bit slower to come back, but WE FOUND SOME! I was so happy! I cannot wait to celebrate with them in October!
