When Anthony emailed me about taking pictures as he proposed to his girlfriend, Katie, at Disneyland.  I was beyond excited!  THIS is the very definition of my self-described purpose as a photographer.  I want to capture special moments so my clients can be remembered perfectly forever.  This was so much fun!  I was so grateful and humbled to be part of such a special moment.

Anthony decided to propose in the area where he asked Katie to be his girlfriend, the are that over-looks Pixar Pier.  I loved that idea!  Such great light there and, usually, not very many people were around, which was the case this day.  Except for the guests on the Golden Zephyr, who all clapped and cheered for them.  So fun!

Plus, Anthony and Katie are AWESOME.  While we were taking pictures after the proposal I asked them if they were going to “Oogie Boogie Bash” (the Halloween party at California Adventure this year) and they said they were going TWICE.  Oh!  These are my people!  I love Disney-lovers, we just get each other!
