I took my daughter out to explore the poppy superbloom in Lake Elsinore for her 6 year pictures (even though she has been 6 for 2 1/2 months).  I’ve been hearing so much about it, and how crazy busy it is out there, but I wanted to see, with my own eyes, what the fuss was about.  And it was as beautiful as I thought!

There are so many trails that will take you in and out of the poppies.  So many photo spots without having to disturb the poppies at all.  That was very important to me!  Being respectful of this beautiful natural phenomenon that doesn’t happen very often.  It was sad for me to see people not respecting nature.

She is growing up way too fast.  She is the sweet, most senstive and girly girl I have ever met, such a special soul.  The mom in me wants to protect her from anything and everything that could hurt her.  She is the best!  So glad she is my forever best friend!
