Carl and Brennan were married in the beautiful Newport Beach Temple. I have been lucky enough to photograph many weddings there. I love it, it never gets old! I think my favorite part is, even though it’s the same place, each bride’s personality shines through. There are a many ways that a bride can really express her personality on her wedding day (here are a couple):
- Flowers – I know they can be pricey, but they are worth every penny to set the tone of your wedding. That is one thing that I wish I would have invested in more at my wedding. But I always say my wedding was PP (Pre-Pinterest).
- Wedding Dress – Such a beautiful way to express who you are on your wedding day!
- Details – What are details? Just all of those “extra” items. For example: jewelry, pets, flower girl baskets, groomsmen socks, etc, etc, etc. There are endless possibilities.
And Brennan KILLED it in all of these! Her “flowers” were out of control! Even though they weren’t actual flowers, the jewels were so perfect and beautiful, just like her. And her dress! You guys, it was so classy, absolutely gorgeous. Just wait until you see!
Look at the detail on Brennan’s dress! Well done, beautiful girl!
Their reception was at Il Fornaio in Irvine. Before the reception began we did pictures around the complex. It was so fun and different!
I told you! Her bouquet was insanely gorgeous!
Of course the cake was perfect. Flour and Flower did an amazing job, as always!
Brennan is a graphic designer and designed her own invitations.
I love the story behind this necklace. Brenna’s grandma and mom both wore it on their wedding day. It is details/heirlooms just like this that make the wedding day so special!
